Day 1 Trivandrum
On the kerala Ayurveda tours you first arrive at Trivandrum and transfer to Hotel in Trivandrum.
Overnight at hotel.

Day 2 Trivandrum - Thottapally - Alleppey
Drive to Thottapally and board Houseboat, lunch and dinner on board. O/N on board the Houseboat traveling through the backwaters to Alleppey.

Day 3 Alleppey - Kumarakom
On the India Ayurveda Tours we have booked third full day for exploring ayurvedic centers in Kumarakom. Disembark the Houseboat after breakfast at Alleppey and drive to Kumarakom. O/N Kumarakom at a resort on the banks of the backwaters.

Day 4 Kumarakom - Periyar
Kumarakom to Periyar PM Boat ride on Lake Periyar looking for animals on the shores of the lake O/N Periyar.

Day 5 Periyar - Munnar
Morning drive to Munnar. PM visit to National Park and Tea Plantation tour O/N Munnar.

Day 6 Munnar - Cochin
Drive to Cochin and afternoon city sightseeing. Evening Kathakali Dance performance O/n Cochin.

Day 7 Cochin - Kovalam
Drive to Kovalam Beach to the Ayurvedic Treatment Centre.

Day 8 - Day 14 Kovalam
Ayurveda Tours to Kovalam. Treatment programme.as advised by the Doctor.

Day 15 Kovalam - Trivandrum
Departure transfer to Trivandrum airport.
