    About Yoga Retreats
The Yoga ashram India is a non-profit organization that run humane culture
movement for physical, moral and psychic self-education supported by the
ideology of yoga in India. In fact, its major aim is to undo what Leo Tolstoy said: "Everybody
thinks of changing humanity, but nobody thinks of changing himself."
The activity within the campus starts at 6.30 am in the morning. An
important feature of this institute is that yoga is mixed with medical check
ups that makes experience in this institute unique from others. This is
quite apparent that 'Samattvam' is held every Saturday afternoon at 1.30 pm.
The session aims to help those suffering from physical and emotional
problems. The session continues for about three hours and includes a video
presentation, a question-answer session and guidelines by medical and yogic
practitioners. A unique experience to understand the various facet of Yoga at this popular ashram yoga India.

    The Library
The institute campus also houses a book center or a library where books on
the subject by various authors are available. Moreover, symposiums and panel
discussions with prominent people are held regularly at the institute. This
make the institute different from others.

    Camp Schedules
At the ashram, various facilities are available to conduct special
individual and group sessions by giving a prior notice of two days in
    different regional and international languages.

Health Camps At Yoga Ashram In India
The Yogic ashram also conducts regular health camps, that are planned for
the same benefit. The institute is popular for its 7-day residential health
camps, organized each month in both Hindi and English.
